We are looking for a Product Specialist-Nephroflow who will lead the successful implementation and onboarding of the NephroFlow software solution
About the role:
NephroFlow is a software package associated with our dialysis machines. The Product Specialist NephroFlow will be the primary point of contact for our customers during the implementation of projects and in the context of major upgrades. In addition, the incumbent will perform the initial onboarding of customers, actively manage the project and ensure a successful implementation of the software.
How you will contribute:
Give sales presentations, and discuss solution architecture with the customer with regular updates to R&D team
Develop NephroFlow demo environment for customer trainings
Identify & close new NephroFlow opportunities
Coordinating technical tasks performed by technical specialists (server installation, testing of integrations)
Coordinating technical tasks performed by local dialysis technicians (connecting dialysis machines to network)
Project planning and management
Providing training to end users
6 weekly in person visits to centers that already use NephroFlow to evaluate user satisfaction, and provide support
Create or translate training materials for new software versions
What you bring to NMSA:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, or computer science is compulsory
3+ years of experience in a similar role (e.g., project manager, process optimization (Lean), business analyst, digital transformation)
Experience in healthcare IT is essential
An affinity with software development
Availability to travel extensively (up to 80% of the time) across South Africa, including visits to remote and outlying renal clinics.
Willingness to travel to SADC countries
Experience in the hospital sector or the medical landscape is an advantage

Ability to set effective work goals, establishing priorities, and planning well in order to produce quality work.
Strong cross functional leadership & stakeholder management
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
An independent thinker who is naturally inquisitive.
