Curacase needles are individually packed in hard plastic packaging. The compact unit packs take up little space in secondary packaging when being by-packed. Additionally, the specific design of the unit packs support compatibility with feeders and automated pick-and-place systems¹. Moreover, the label on each unit pack is color coded and shows a barcode allowing easy, in-line product identification by vision systems. 

Color coded labels also enable healthcare workers to select quickly and accurately the required needle size. The ergonomically designed packaging allows a firm grip resulting in a very easy opening and removal of the cap. Prior use, the tamper proof labels provide visual confirmation of the unused state of needles. Curacase needles are known for their exceptionally sharp lancet point and homogenously siliconized cannula contributing to smooth administrations. For higher viscous medication thin wall needles are offered, permitting more efficient deliveries when compared to regular wall needles.

Curacase needle hubs comply to ISO 80369-7, allowing a proper connection to syringes.
