About the role

The main responsibility of the job holder is to train nurses/doctors and other stakeholders how to use Nipro products.

He/she used the Nipro training material for these purposes

Provides professional assistance and advice to help with product problem solving and/or complaint

What you’ll do

Training (60%)

  • Explanation of the usage of Surdial X dialysis device
  • Train on the usage of Nipro access portfolio

 

Support tenders (30%)

  • Onboarding new customers
  • Project planning and management
  • Providing training to end users
  • Implementing and validating the workflows
  • Provide support and guidance before and during go-live
  • Aftercare the first weeks after the go-live
  • Coordinate transition to support team
  • Provide feedback to account managers

 

Quality Management (10%)

  • Gathering information about the usage of the product
  • Administration of the complaint according Nipro Q&A procedures
  • Feedback towards customer on the outcome of the investigation of the complaint

 

 

What you’ll need

 

A good knowledge of the hospitals world. For instance a nurse background would be a plus

An experience as an application specialist is also another plus

A knowledge of dialyse would be a strong plus

Good communication and training ability

Customer oriented mindset

Ability to speak Dutch fluently and French
