The "Great Place To Work" label is an internationally recognized and renowned label awarded to companies who strive to provide a great company culture.
The Regional HeadQuarters in Belgium had already received the label earlier this year, 5 months later we ran the same survey with our colleagues in India.

Those new eyes we would seek with all the colleagues. See their eyes, hear their voices, work together and act on the input. A very strong focus on all employees resulted in a very high response rate. 98% of all colleagues completed the GPTW survey.
Confirmed by the label ...
With nearly everybody completing the survey, the outcome of the survey is indeed very meaningful and powerful.
A staggering average score in excess of 90% was achieved.
