Nipro PharmaPackaging India (NPH) scores the unthinkable at this year’s Great to Place to Work survey – a whopping 96%.

So, what did it take to reach this place? Well, 98% of the employees participated in the survey this September, and Juned Akhtar, General Manager - HR & Admin, informs us that we can associate the results to six factors.

1) Learning and Development: We prioritize the growth and development of our employees.
